As in the previous year, no risks were identified in the course of early risk detection activities in the past financial year that raised doubt about the ability of the Group and Demag Cranes AG to continue as a going concern. The risk position of the Group and Demag Cranes AG has improved compared with the previous year, as the economic risks have decreased – in some cases – significantly compared with the situation in September 2009.
