Fees for services rendered by the auditors of the Consolidated Financial Statements, Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Düsseldorf were recognised as expenses in financial year 2009/2010 as follows: EUR 768,000 for the audit (2008/2009: EUR 776,000), EUR 7,000 for audit-related services (2008/2009: EUR 47,000) and EUR 288,000 for other services (2008/2009: EUR 40,000).
